What is Machine Embroidery?
A design or logo stitched onto material with high-speed, computer-controlled multi head industrial sewing machines. Firstly a high resolution image of the artwork is required which must be “digitized”. This is the specialized process of converting two-dimensional artwork into stitches or thread. Once the image is digitized, it is downloaded onto a flash drive and uploaded onto the embroidery machine which sews a specific type of design, in a specific colour, with a specific type of stitch.
